I FRANCIS LA TOUCHE VAUGH of 15 Palmerston Park, Dublin Director HEREBY DECLARE THIS TO BE MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I HEREBY REVOKE all previous testamentary dispositions at any time heretofore made by me I APPOINT ARTHUR BEATTY Solicitor of Zion Road Rathgar Dublin and SYDNEY MATHEWS of 12 Trinity Street, Dublin Solicitor to be Executors and Trustees of this my Will and I LEAVE to each of my Executors and Trustees the sum of TWO HUNDRED POUNDS free of legacy duty if they act as Executors in connection with my Will ALL THE REST RESIDUE AND REMAINDER of my property whatsoever and wheresoever I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH to my wife for her own sole use absolutely and I APPOINT her my Residuary Legatee I DIRECT that should the said Sydney Mathews act as such executor and trustee as aforesaid he is to be entitled to charge his professional fees as Solicitor in respect of any work done by him in connection with carrying out the Trusts of this my Will including acts which a Trustee not being in any profession or business could have done personally IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my Will this First day of July One thousand nine hundred and twenty six.
