This is Francis La Touche Vaugh (Frank) born 16th Apr 1889 died 3rd Aug 1947 second
son to Wilton and brother of Gordon Vaugh. Married to Kathleen Sarah Forde. They had no
children. Kit (Kathleen) his wife died 18th Apr 1970 in Dublin. I would like to know more
about the uniform and location of this photograph any information please mail me. For the
moment I have one other photograph of Frank in uniform, follow this link. The uniform is that
of The South Irish Horse, who were at one time part of the 16th (Irish) Division.
