    I GEORGE VERRILLS FRAZER of Cirencester in the County of Gloucester Tailor Hosier and Outfitter declare this to be my Last Will and Testament I appoint my two Sisters Louisa Verrills Frazer and Annie Maria Verrills Northover to be EXECUTRIXES and TRUSTEES of this my Will I give devise and bequeath to them or to the survivor of them or the heirs executors or administrators of such survivor hereinafter called my said Trustees All that my messuage or dwellinghouse land and premises known as Siddington Hall in the parish of Siddington near Cirencester with the furniture fittings and articles of domestic use or ornament which may be in or about such messuage and premises also my four cottages land and premises adjoining situate in Siddington aforesaid and my dwellinghouse garden and premises being number 94 Dyer Street in Cirencester aforesaid Upon trust to pay the rents issues and annual profits arising from the same trust premises unto and equally between them my said two sisters for their own use and benefit for their lives And upon the death of my said sister Louisa Verrills Frazer if without issue the Income upon her share of the said Trust premises shall be paid to the said Annie Maria Verrills Northover during her life or to such issue of the said Louisa Verrills Frazer if shall marry and die leaving issue And upon death of my said sister Annie Maria Verrills Northover in the lifetime of my said Sister Louisa Verrills Frazer the Income upon her share of the said Trust premises shall be paid to her children namely my niece Sarah Frances Gertrude Louise Northover and Sidney William Theodore Northover in equal shares And upon the death of the survivor of my said Sisters the said Trust premises shall go remain and be Upon trust for my said niece Sarah Frances Gertrude Louise Northover and nephew Sidney William Theodore Northover absolutely in equal shares And in case my said sister Louisa Verrills Frazer shall marry and die leaving issue such issue shall upon the death of the survivor of my said Sisters participate equally with my said nephew and niece per capita And I authorise and empower my said Trustees at any time or times and at their absolute discretion during the continuance of the trust hereinbefore created to sell the whole or any part or parts of the said trust premises and stand possessed of the net proceeds of such sale or sales upon trust to invest the same in any investment allowed by law to trustees and hold such investment or investments upon the same trusts as are hereby declared in regard to the said trust premises And I further give and bequest the money secured by Policy Number 31690 in the North British and Mercantile Insurance Company unto and to be equally divided between my said two sisters subject to the payment thereout of One hundred pounds free of Legacy duty to my brother Charles Verrills Frazer And I give to my said brother my shares and interest in Messieurs Fermin and Sons Limited and Messieurs Pawsons and Lea?s Limited I give and bequeath all the goodwill stock in trade book debts assets and effects of the business of a Tailor Hosier and Outfitter as carried on by me at Cirencester and Tetbury and the rest residue and remainder of my estate of what nature or kind soever unto my said trustees upon trust to pay thereout my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and in case they continue in the service of my said trustees upon such terms as my said trustees think reasonable the legacy of Fifty pounds to Harry Roads and Fifty pounds to my Head Cutter for the then time being And I authorise my said trustees to carry on my said business during such periods as they shall think fit and for that purpose to retain and employ therein the capital which shall at my death be employed therein and such additional capital as they shall think fit to advance from time to time out of my residuary estate with power to employ at such salary as they shall think fit any manager of the said business and generally to act in all matters relating to the said business as if they were beneficially entitled thereto And my said Trustees shall be free from all responsibility and be fully indemnified out of my Estate in respect of any loss arising in relation to my said business And the net annual profits of such business and the income of my residuary estate shall be paid to my said trustees and employed by them for their own use and benefit in equal shares until my said nephews Sidney William Theodore Northover shall attain the age of twenty five years at which time my said trustees shall hand the same over together with my said residuary estate to my said nephew and niece absolutely with all capital Stock in trade profits assets and effects in my said business in the following proportions namely two thirds thereof to my said nephew and one third thereof to my said niece And I authorise my said trustees at any time to sell and dispose of such business as a going concern and stand possessed of the proceeds in the same way for the benefit of my said sisters and my nephew and niece in the manner as hereinbefore provided

ON the 16th day of December 1898 Probate of this Will was granted to Louisa Verrills Frazer Spinster and Annie Maria Verrills Northover Single Woman the Executrixes.
