THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me PERCY ALEXANDER FRAZER of The Mount Cressage in the County of Salop Medical practitioner I hereby revoke all previous Wills and Testaments I hereby appoint my brother John William Frazer Executor of this my Will I give and bequeath to my wife Kathleen Helen Frazer one hundred pounds I give devise & bequeath to my brother John William Frazer aforesaid my Freehold House and land known as The Mount Cressage where I now reside and all my Furniture Plate Plated article linen china books and other household effects and all the rest residue and remainder of my personal effects of which at the time of my death I shall have power to dispose of for his sole use and benefit subject to the payments of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and should my brother John Will Frazer die before me then I appoint my nephew Walter John Vaugh and my sister Frances Wilhelmina Frazer jointly & severally executor and executrix of this my Will & I will bequeath & devise to my sister Frances Wilhelmina Frazer my Freehold house and land known as The Mount Cressage & all the Furniture Plate Plated articles linen china books and other household effects aforesaid and subject to the conditions aforesaid and my wifes legacy to stand as before stated as witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this nineteenth day of October One thousand nine hundred and thirty two
