THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

CATHERINE FRAZER of Number 132 Bordesley Green in the City of Birmingham Widow.
1.    I REVOKE all former Wills Codicils and testamentary instruments made by me.

2.    I APPOINT Edward Elias Edmonds husband of my granddaughter Catherine Louisa Frazer Edmonds and Ernest Osmond Wilsdon husband of my granddaughter Sarah Jane Wilsden and Elizabeth Frazer wife of my son George Ebdon Frazer to be the EXECUTORS AND TRUSTEES of my Will and they or the survivors or survivor of them or the executors or administrators of such survivor or other of the Trustees or Trustee for the time being hereof are hereinafter referred to as "my Trustees".

3. I BEQUEATH the following legacies:- To my son Ernest Gilbert Frazer the sum of Eight hundred pounds To my grand sons Ralph Gilbert Frazer George Ernest Frazer and Norris Martin Frazer (sons of my said son Ernest Gilbert Frazer) the sum of Two hundred pounds each To my grandson Orlando Hebdon Walker the sum of Two hundred pounds To my grandson William Bertie Bottley the sum of Two hundred pounds To my grandson George Alfred Gilbert Frazer Two hundred pounds and to my grandson Jack Frazer One hundred and fifty pounds (sons of the said George Ebdon Frazer) To my grand-daughter Enid Louise Frazer (daughter of my son the said George Ebdon Frazer) One hundred and fifty pounds To my granddaughter the said Sarah Jane Wilsdon the sum of Five hundred pounds To my grand-daughter Fanny Louisa Wilsden the sum of Two hundred pounds To my grand-daughter the said Catherine Louisa Frazer Edmonds the sum of Five hundred pounds To Mrs. Walker of 63 Raddlebarn Lane Selly Oak Birmingham the sum of One hundred and fifty pounds To each of my great grand-children Edward Lawrence Edmonds Irene Catherine Louisa Edmonds Frances James Edmonds Geoffrey Charles Edmonds (children of the said Edward Elias Edmonds) Marjorie Louisa Wilsdon and Raymond John Wilsden (children of the said Jane Wilsden) the sum of Five pounds To my great grand-child Norman Edmonds (son of the said Edward Elias Edmonds) the sum of One hundred and fifty pounds To my granddaughter Mrs. Maddon of Alcester Road Moseley the sum of One hundred and fifty pounds and to my granddaughter Ethel Frazer the sum of One hundred and fifty pounds PROVIDED ALWAYS AND I DECLARE that the legacies in this present clause bequeathed shall only be payable to such of the respective beneficiaries if and when they shall respectively attain the age of twenty one years and if any of the said legatees shall die under the age of twenty one years the legacy hereinbefore bequeathed to him or her shall fall into and form part of my residuary estate.

4. I BEQUEATH to my said son Ernest Gilbert Frazer all my jewellery furniture household effects china linen wearing apparel and cutlery which at the time of my death shall be in or about the dwelling house in which I reside.

5. I DECLARE that all the legacies given by this my Will or any Codicil hereto shall be paid free from duty which shall be paid out of my general estate.

6. I DEVISE my two freehold dwellinghouses and shops Numbers 130 and 132 Bordesley Green in the City of Birmingham unto my Trustees UPON TRUST to permit my said son Ernest Gilbert Frazer to receive the rents and profits thereof during his life he paying there out all necessary outgoings and the expense of keeping the same insured against loss or damage by fire and in good repair AND after the death of my said son UPON TRUST that my trustees shall sell the same either by public auction or private contract and after payment of the expenses thereof to divide the net proceeds of such sale in equal shares between such of his children who shall attain the age of twenty one years and be living at the time of his decease I DEVISE to my grand-son the said Orlando Hebdon Walker his heirs and assigns my freehold house and shop Numbered 45 Grange Road Small Heath in the City of Birmingham with the land outbuildings and appurtenances belonging thereto I DEVISE to my grand-son the said George Alfred Gilbert Frazer his heirs and assigns my freehold house and shop Numbered 44 Grange Road small Heath aforesaid with the land outbuildings and appurtenances belonging thereto I DEVISE to my grand-son the said William Bertie Bottley his heirs and assigns my freehold house Numbered 46 Grange Road Small Heath aforesaid with the land outbuildings and appurtenances belonging thereto I DEVISE to the said Elizabeth Frazer her heirs and assigns my freehold property called Bell Buildings consisting of two houses Numbered 124 and 126 Bordesley Green (now divided into three shops and No. 1 Cherrywood Road aforesaid together with the land outbuildings and appurtenances belonging thereto.

7. I DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever not otherwise disposed of by this my Will or any Codicil hereto UNTO and to the use of my Trustees their heirs executors administrators and assigns respectively according to the nature thereof UPON TRUST that my Trustees shall sell call in collect and convert into money the same at such time or times and in such manner as they shall think fit (but as to reversionary property not until it falls into possession unless it shall appear to my Trustees that an earlier sale would be beneficial and so that they shall have the fullest power and discretion to postpone the sale calling in or conversion of the whole or any part or parts of the said premises including leaseholds or other property of a terminable or wearing out nature during such period as they shall think proper without being responsible for loss AND my Trustees shall out of the net moneys to arise from such sale calling in and conversion pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and the legacies bequeathed by this my Will or any Codicil hereto AND shall stand possessed of the residue of such moneys IN TRUST for the said Elizabeth Frazer Orlando Hebdon Walker Sarah Jane Wilsden Fanny Louisa Wilsden and Catherine Louisa Frazer Edmonds or such of them as shall be living at my death in equal shares as tenants in common.

8. I DECLARE that all moneys liable to be invested under this my Will at the discretion of my trustees be invested in their names in or upon any stocks funds or securities in or upon which trust funds or cash under the control or subject to the Order of the Court may for the time being be authorised by law to be invested with the addition of leasehold securities in England or Wales held for a term whereof sixty years at least shall be unexpired at the time of such investment but with the exception of real securities in Ireland and my Trustees may vary the said investments if and as they shall think fit.
        IN WITNESS whereof I the said Catherine Frazer have hereunto set my hand this twenty eighth day of June One thousand nine hundred and twenty three.

        SIGNED by the said Catherine Frazer (who being deaf but capable of reading had first read over and appeared perfectly to understand the same) as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us both being present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the 20th day of August 1924 Probate of this Will was granted at Birmingham to Edward Elias Edmonds, Ernest Osmond Wilsdon and Elizabeth Frazer (wife of George Ebdon Frazer) the Executors.
