In the High Court of Justice in Southern Ireland BE IT KNOWN that on the 7th day of December
1922 the last Will and Testament a copy of which signed by the District
Registrar is hereunto annexed of Lydia Margaret Frazer late of
Annagh in the County of Sligo Spinster deceased who died on or about the
15th day of April 1922 at Elphis Hospital Dublin and who at
the time of her death had a fixed place of abode at Annagh aforesaid within
the District of Ballina was proved and registered in the District Registry
of the said Division at Ballina and that the administration of the personal
estate of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Kate
Peyton Frazer of Annagh aforesaid Spinster a lawful sister of the
said deceased and the sole Executrix named in the said Will she having
been first sworn faithfully to administer the same. (The Seal of the High Court of Justice in Southern Ireland Probate is
set in the margin of the original) This is the last Will and Testament of me Lydia Margaret
Frazer (Spinster) of Annagh in the County of Sligo I give devise and
bequeath all my real and personal estate of every description unto my
two sisters Anna Catherine Frazer and Kate Peyton Frazer
absolutely and I hereby appoint my sister Kate Peyton Frazer
sole executor, of this my will. IN WITNESS whereof I hereunto set
my hand this first day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand
nine hundred and twenty. |
