A TRANSCRIPT OF A DEED FROM THE REGISTRY OF DEEDS DUBLIN
1847 vol 18 entry number 275

To the Register appointed by act of Parliament for registering Deeds Wills and soforth.
A Memorial of a memorandum of a declaration made by the Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland and which memorandum bears date the Twenty forth day of November one thousand eight hundred and forty seven and of which the following is a copy vide ?? out.

Memorandum of a declaration under the drainage acts.
District of Ballinamore and Ballyconnell in the Counties of Cavan Fermanagh Leitrim and Roscommon.
We the Commissioners acting in execution of an Act made and passed in the sixth year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria entitled " An Act to promote the Drainage of Lands and improvement of Navigation and Water power in connection with such Drainage in Ireland "; and also of three other several acts since passed amending the same have henceforth to wit on the Twentieth day of September one thousand eight hundred and forty seven made a Declaration in manner by the said acts or some of them directed and in the schedule hereunto annexed We have set forth the several lands which are the subject of or contained in the said Declaration as well as the names of Proprietors of such lands respectively. And as to the creation of said memorandum and this Memorial the same was respectively witnessed by.
Signed and sealed by JOHN RADCLIFF and WILLIAM T MULVANY two of the commissioners of Public Works in Ireland in presence of MICHL R___HY ED M_HIHILL.
