JOHN VAUGH of Ballybruncullen Kings county farmer in consideration of a bill discounted for him that day for one hundred pounds charged and mortgaged in favour of ALFRED WORMSER HARRIS of 19 Suffolk St Dublin merchant all his estates and interest in the lands of Ballybruncullen Barony of Ballycowan Kings county as more particularly described in an estate lease from JOHN AHPLMER to JOSEPH FINNAMORE and THOMAS FINNAMORE dated 15th February 1848
